Default Polycarb water tank and SS braided hose kit

Anyone want one?? Mine is completely yellow, I can't even see the coolant level. I was thinking of making a polycarbonate version. Would anyone be interested? I thought I could use a different manufacturer for the box, while my current guys are digging out from underneath all the projects I've got going on with them. I've got time to design, but they are hard pressed to keep up with me. I could cut the hose myself, and take care of that.

My intention is to make a hose kit using stainless steel braided line so its N.H.R.A. specification for drag racing, and replace the stock coolant box with version that is clear. The line kit would include all the vacuum fittings on the manifold, and fuel line kit. (I have to make an injector fuel rail for my carbon manifold anyways because I'm offering outboard injection) I'm not sure on cost yet, maybe 150-200 for the kit with the coolant box.

I know its not exactly the most functional, but all my lines are cracking on my 94' and my vacuum is suffering, I also like the look of steel braided line, and how long it will last. The grades I have are rated for 10 years at 250 psi, in a "harsh" environment.

Letme know what you guys think.

Uh.. How much for just a new tank? Mine's all yellowed. I could probably just buy a new one though if it mattered. I believe the plastic itself on mine is yellowed, and no amount of cleaning would fix it.

I don't think I'd need a vacuum line kit. Just some silicone hose and zip ties and that's done forever.

I could sell the tank alone. I'm still waiting on a solid price for the tank. Two guys are working on that for me.

As far as the hose kits I know a little more about that. Stainless braided hose on every hose under the hood of a 94-97 for 79.00 except the fluid carrying hoses(coolant and fuel.) This would include 2 T-bolt clamps for every hose. Without T-bolt clamps $59.00. With coolant lines included 99.00. With fuel lines and AN fittings I would say 149.00

Non liquid carrying hoses? Gotcha. So vacuum hoses basically. Never seen a T-bolt for a vacuum hose. Didn't even know they made stainless braided lines for hoses that small. Personally, I'll be doing a custom coolant reroute* and fuel system so I probably wouldn't be a customer for these items.

* Something you could sell that people would stand in line for.
