Added another piece to the puzzle. Used Begi intercooler and piping.

You might want to add a new clutch. You don't have to replace your flywheel you can probably just resurface it.. but you might as well replace it.

The guy that is helping me install everything has a turbo Talon and I think he did the clutch on that. If he could help me I may attempt the clutch I just don't think there is any way I could do it without a lift myself.

Well I have made some errors and have had to play catch up on a couple things. Turns out that after sending Stephanie pics of the old aerodyne begi manifold that a T3 will not fit on the manifold. This of course after I bought a used Saab T3 and T3 flange. I will Ebay it and get my money back on it though.

After talking to Steph at Begi I am sending my mani into them for it to be modified ($100) to fit a T25. Then they will do a mock up on a 1.6 and see if one of their new DP (the seperated gas ones that do away with the turbo outlet casting) will fit if that DP will fit ($285) I will get it. If not I will get a cast outlet flange and get a DP made here at a local shop ($???)

Turbo wise I am getting a used 300ZX 90-96 SR20DET T25 for $139

What turbo did you get? a 300zx or a s13 sr20det? just wondering cauz a s13 would have less miles on it compared to a 300zx.

It Was going to be a 300zx one but we realized it had a four bolt exhaust side so I am going to have to search again I need a T25 with a five bolt exhaust side.

That's what I'm shooting for, anyone else know any sources besides ebay and the SRDET20 forum?
