Default Gasket problems and manifold placement?

So the new problem is my gasket between the manifold and the turbo is blowen out for the second time and this time it was a copper gasket that went. I think the problem is from not being able to tighten down the 4 bolts down equel tourqe. So what whould be the best manifold for a 16G flange turbo?....My whole setup has been working fine but the manifold is the weakest point.

if you keep blowing out gaskets, changes are the surfaces are warped.

Resurface both surfaces and dont use gasket.

hell with how cheap the manifolds are you could buy another. but getting the surface milled should help it last longer, with or without a gasket.

If it is not cracking yet, you may have a keeper, lol, don't get rid of it...
resurface the two flanges (not yourself, have a shop do it) and don't use a gasket, you should be fine.
