#97641 -4 10mm Banjo Adapter -4 male to 10mm Hole diameter .425 height $6.18
#977520 10mm x 1.5 .425 Banjo bolt single. Includes crush washers $4.18
Will those work? Cause they're cheap and make for a clean install. I guess you need to say if you just want an inline adapter or if you want something to bolt into your CHRA(bearing housing).

I don't know if the Aus cars are different, but in the states they're m10x1.5. I bought from summitracing, a m10x1.5 to 4an, then a 4an 90* that points straight up. I run my line up the dipstick (both heat shielded) and over the top of the turbo straight down into the it. Total line length is about 20"

I'm pretty sure they're less than $10 at Autocrap or something similar, might have been O'Reilly that i saw the tap at though. Could be worth the money to buy your own, use a wrench that fits the tap and go for it. Atleast it would save you time and trouble trying to borrow one.
If I had one i'd hook you up, but I don't sorry. The hardest part will be drilling the appropriate sized hole in the pan in that small area.
