Default DIY Downpipe Fab Q's

Hey guys,

I'm looking to order some materials to begin fabbing my downpipe. What sort of bends and radiuses should I be looking for?

Also I have this internal wastegate,

what kind of flange should I buy to build the downpipe off of? The hole measures 2" across.

Any help and input would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I have plenty of Mild Steel tubing here if that is what you intend to use. You will likely need 1 90* and at least 2 45* in whatever size you choose. I'm not sure what DP flange you need as I am not sure what turbo and such you have.

sorry, I have this turbo (t3 super 60)

http://www.blaastperformance.com/index.php?p=t34860

and this wastegate

I was planning on using mild steel because I don't have access to a tig (nor have I ever tig welded before), hopefully 2.5" at wastegate transitioning to 3".

I was thinking about buying from Racing Solutions, can you beat their prices?

thanks

My prices are right on with Racing Solutions. I am sort of a dealer for them.

I'd mill the swingarm flat and use a standard T3 DP flange.
