Found an Air Research/ Garrett T3 w/ 10K on it. Looks like new. Came off a saab 900 but has a pretty standard 5 bolt exhaust outlet. Is $170 a fair price on one in really good shape?
Is this forum the right place to ask this question?
Why am I here?
Where am I going?
... and why am I in this handbasket?

He called back and says it's a .50 trim compressor. Whaddaya think Braineak? Seems like a solid well built turbo for reasonable money. Should last about as long as the car. It's no steal but it should be quality.

The car had a new drivetrain put in last year. New engine and tranny. It was rear ended and totalled less than a year after. Owner was a Saab enthusiast with an SPG.
I bought my Miata to have a fun affordable rear wheel drive car to play with. I've got a Saab Viggen and my wife has a 9-5 Aero. Found the turbo through Saab contacts. Even my Viggen is a pig on the track. Miata is tough to beat for reliable, lightweight, top down, affordable, customizable, track day and commuting fun.
