MKII green-back 310cc injecters , is anyone running these ? are these the right ones

well I found a set of used non-turbo mkII injecters, 315cc

I talked to seller and he said all was well and that they are in perfect working condition,

Why don't you ask him for the part # on the injectors then do a search in this forum or Miata.net on that part # and see what turns up. That should tell you quickly enough whether or not they're the right ones.
