Default Getting a downpipe

I am getting close to buying all the stuff for my turbo setup. One thing i dont know about is the downpipe. Should i just buy the flange and have a local exhaust shop make one or is there somewhere you can buy one?

Thanks in advance!

depends on manifold you use. easiest would be to make a custom one. crush bent should be around $100 from your local muffler shop and you know its gonna fit

What kind of turbo?? Crushbent is going to hurt your flow before it has started flowing isnt it??

If you use an off the shelf manifold, there will most likely be a good dp out there from somewhere. What mani?

First of all, we need to know what manifold you will be using. If you don't plan on making one yourself, I recommend dropping your car off at a local muffler or fab shop. You do not want to drive too far without a downpipe. If you happen to be running a 1.8 hks manifold and can wait, I may have an option for you in a few months

Also, try to stay away from crushed bent piping. You may regret this choice down the road when you try to maximize your hp potential.
