If the specs are right in the description, then it is close to a 60trim compressor wheel in a wannabe t04e housing, and stg 3 turbine wheel in a .63 a/r t3 housing.
However, it looks like one I bought a few years ago(similar m12 marking) and the compressor wheel turns out to be a 45 trim(50mm In, 76mm Ex) with the same turbine measurements stated above.
If you want something similar to a 2554 in a t3, there are better options out there. Like this:

These turbos are a shot in the dark but have been getting better from what there were a few years ago. When i got my 13b miata it had a china turbo but when i took it apart i found Garrett stampings on the chra and wheels so i do question some of these turbos and the truth behind them. and when i search the number on the turbo TB73 i find this.
