I built a manifold using the JGS stage one kit a couple years ago. My dad and I welded it up, we stick welded it though. It's pretty thick steel so you'll need a beefy MIG welder to do it proper. That's why we chose to use stick.

Despite the far from ideal design I made decent power with the manifold. 240ish whp with a t3s60 @ 14psi with band-aid tuning (on a 1.8).

You've talked the talk, maybe it's time to start walking.
