4.5 Years Later and Since I have been looking for proper Intercooler sizes I figured I'd make an update.

28x7x2.5 Bar and Plate seems to be the new cheap cheap at 90usd.

28x5.5x2.5 with 2.5 inlet and outlet seem to be very sparce and up to 110usd from China, or about 130usd with 2 inch inlet and outlet.
