Holset HY35 > TD04H [IMG][/IMG]

Make or if you must buy a new manifold, turbo, down pipe, injectors, and MS, O and some engine work would be a good idea to.

Nice dyno. What is the difference in the 323gtx pistons? Lower CR?

I can't find the run I did at 17 psi that says 262hp but I can assure that is true and on a dyno mustang...

I really like the color. What color is that?

It certainly doesn't look like you are running out of fuel on the top end, but I would have thought around 12 to 1 was a little lean for safety. But with the water injection I guess you can get away with it. Are you mixing meth or just running straight water?

Low compression for the win again for you guys who are taking notes.

And for my .02 on the power, a 3" exhaust from the turbo to the tip should make significantly more power at the same boost level. You are trying to cram a lot of volume through a 2.5 inch pipe at over 250hp.

I'm also very surprised you haven't bought a set of rods the hard way at that power level.

Good job.

You guys do realize that a Mustang dyno can read high just like a dynojet can have no corrections and read "low", right? Just a tool fellas, just a tool.

Yes, but it's fun to play the dyno game (my point in posting my numbers). He made 35ftlbs more torque than I did on a mustang dyno with a reasonably sized t3/t4 on a 2.0L at the same boost. Yep- just a tool. So I'd say throw in some more compensation on the dyno until the desired number is reached - far cheaper and easier than all that mechanical work.

Mr speedster modifying the greddy/tony setup to accept a suitable turbo system will be more hasse than it is worth I suggest you sell the tony/greddy setup and buy a real manifold dp combo, to go with your bigger turbo.
how do you figure he's at the limits of the manifold? i've seen plenty of **** log manifolds do much more. anyone that makes lots of power runs big boost or a big turbo or both, i believe that's the issue here.

of course a real ecu would help. and i would look into porting the turbine housing and manifold outlet.

I run 8 year old RC440s at 289rwhp/dynojet and somewhere around 83% DC for a split second. More than stock fuel pressure but not that much more.
