200 hp where? To the wheels? To keep it simple and easy, buy a Zoom 3 from Bell Engineering, use a GT2560 turbo, run 8psi with 93 octane and as little timing retard as you can with a borderline AFR and have 200 hp. It won't end there though, you'll want more and your hobby will become an obsession. If you have a 94-97, get a MSPNP, which is actually the same price as the Zoom 3 if you'd buy it with the harness, and you can do so much more.

deff; I suggest you start reading braineack's FAQs and do a search before you start asking questions that most of the forum members have heard too many times to count.
A simple search will get you more info on this subject than you'd care to read.

deff --- Do read the tremendous wealth of information available to you in the posts and threads on this site. The information you seek is there. The rest of the questions you haven't yet asked are there also. Spend a week reading them at your leisure and then your questions will be from an informed point of view and you won't be dissmissed offhand by the group.
--- Do go to the meet and greet section and read the stickys before you go any further.
...I hope this helps...

It really depends on your motor and turbo but here's an easy formula:
( engine size (in CC) / year of car (YYYY) * number of turbos ) ^ number of cylinders * cosign/[(CC/YYYY)^3.14]
divide that by the square root of your desired horsepower level in newton inches (nTin). The total will be a totally arbitrary number which is exactly what you asked for

Wow. This really is a kinder gentler MT.net!
In the interest of not running off every newb that asks a question thoroughly covered in dozens of threads, stickies and FAQ's we no longer get to openly bash or ridicule you. That's a good thing.
The helpful answer for you is look around a little before asking a very basic question. The search button is your friend. You can find the answer with just a minute or two of thought and effort. Give it a shot. People will like, help and appreciate you much more for it!
