ok well its coming down to the time to start putting in orders,
my friend is about to upgrade his 03 evo, from 16g to 20g and give my the turbo, bypass valve, and intercooler cheap, and will possibly give me all his originall piping for free to see what i can salvage

i know the bypass valve is good because they dont leak at idle and its recirc. (untill i get money up for the SSQV)
this weekend im probably going to try and see if the intercooler will fit my car with the radiator and ac condenser and maybe even secure it for a day to make sure it doesnt block too much airflow when driving
if thats too big what would you think of a stock Subaru STI TMIC? but im really looking for a nice bar and plate what size rangewould you suggest?
any problems you guys have run into you can forewarn me about? special pieces?

edit: i was looking around and the 18x12x3 looks promising but i just found a 27x6x2.5 that looks like its perfect to fit in the mouth, bar and plate and is safe for up to 40 psi (4 times what i plan on running) being the outlet on the 16g is a hair over 2 im not worried about flow
