Default Mix n match BEGI, FM, TDR

My AVO turbo manifold cracked due to me driving the car 100 miles in the hills with a bad exhaust rubber donut, allowing the exhaust to torque the manifold. :(

I had it welded, and 500 miles later it cracked again.

Now my Q:

Does the BEGI new manifold locate the turbo in the same place as the FM?

I'm thinking of using a new BEGI manifold, FM 2-piece downpipe, and mating it to my used TDR a/a intercooler. If the turbo is located in the same position, TDR can sell me the for-FM turbo-to-intercooler pipe.

BEGI's manifold looks like it flows a bit better than FMs, but I heard their downpipe has fitment issues. Anyone heard this?

I haven't heard anything about any fitment issues with BEGI.

I've read one or two cases where they rattled against the K-member...but were returned to be reworked. It's the whole hand built vs. production line thing. But other than that, nothing serious.

The FM downpipe is a nice piece also.

The best part of it is the lifetime warranty.
