Default fm turbo kits 1994

Have my turbo in, working on the egr tube, anyone have tips on how they got the egr in/on if they had to bend it, ive been at this for so long tried many combinations of instalation trials still no luck getting it to screw into the manifold

Thanks

This is how it sits for now

Manifold first, then intake. You can use a tool to help line up the intake, but the manifold will forever be a PITA.

Also, loosen/unbolt the PPF from the transmission and stick a jack under the tail of the trans to raise it up a little bit. This will give you a little more room to work.

Make sure that the fitting in the middle of the EGR tube lines up and bolts to the back of the head. It's not important that it bolts up, but it can sure make things a lot easier if the bolt that is supposed to be used to bolt it to the head is still bolted to the head, giving you an additional 3/8" obstacle to bend your parts around..

Yeah I even bent it a little to give me mlre room every time I think I have it, I get a wrench on there and I hsve enough room for 1/16 of a turn then it falls off... but ill keep that in mind I was trying to do both keep then both lined up, I have to head yo work but ill be off this afternoon to hopefully finish everything ill give you an update then

Thanks

The aluminum monocoque that joins the tail of the transmission to the nose of the differential...
