Default my ticking time bomb... 300whp-ish stock BP05 on e85

ive been beating the crap out of my bone stock fwd BP05 for 4 years. IT has seen the death of a chassis(tore the front of my 93 ford festiva off of the fire wall), 2 clutches, 12 transmissions, 3 custom reinforced trans cross members, a few axles and countless tires all on pump 91 octane with an evo3 big 16g on 14psi. since its been such a trooper i decided to put some e85 through it.

tonight with the help of 18PSI street tuning my MS1, while trusting me not to kill us both, and only adding 3* of timing past 4500rpm on my 91 tune this thing has gained so much power. i know its going to be short lived on a bone stock engine but its such a beast. i went from losing to an E55 AMG by 3-4 cars lengths 2 weeks ago with no passenger to pulling the same e55 by a whole car with a passenger. waiting for the video to get sent to me. then ill post it. i will also post pics of the aftermath when it grenades.

there's a lot ive done to this car that i wouldnt have been able to do without the help i have received on here. thanks for helping me make my sleeper happen. stay tuned for pics when catastrophic failure happens

In before block ventilation holes But to be honest, I don't really get this whole 'drive it until it pops' mentality, you sound like one who turns wrenches by himself and who doesn't fear the work involved. Why don't you just put some rods in that block and save it from destruction? Costs about the same as a junkyard engine and won't let you lose a race because your **** broke.

Car looks really cool though, do you race on those wheels/tires?

im a mechanic by trade so if it runs im not gonna fix it, thats just me, plus ive already written this motor off as dead a few times and it just keeps going so i figure ill see how far it will go. i made 256whp/232 wtq on 91 for almost 3 years racing the drag strip almost every Wednesday and the streets the other 6 days of the week and was told it was on borrowed time then.

those are the only wheels/tires i have for the car at the moment. stock nissan altima 15x6.5" wheels with 205/50/15 all the war around. yokohama sdrives up front and some junk triangles in the back. the sdrives hook awesome when they get a little heat in them. when theyre cold no so much. has a few time it started wheel hopping when dumping the clutch at 70.

this thing is nuts
and was such a pleasure to tune.

Vova sent me the video, I was trying to upload it last night but it kept freezing out. I'll try again today.

I'll be shocked if this thing isn't over 300whp when you dyno.

I love the comments too saying how you wasted gobs of money on the car. Assuming you have some built motor and tons invested (outside of your 12 transmissions)... lol ...

When we go out and JT hurts someone's feelings, we make it priority#1 to mention that it's running mostly junkyard/pick-n-pull parts

It makes their tears even more wet satisfying

you should catch their tears in a cup and drink them.
