Question BOV Flutter after exhaust leak repair

FM2 (BEGI kit) with a gt2560r.

Originally had no flutter - normal BOV "woosh." After a while I developed an exhaust leak and the BOV still sounded ok, no flutter, but didn't seem to need to do much work. Just had the manifold refinished, some gaskets replaced, and BOV is now fluttering. Any immediate ideas on what to check on before I take it back to the shop?

Thanks!

Forgot to hook bov line back up? Adjusted spring tension? Changed vacuum routing?

Should have mentioned I have a manual boost controller - I've pretty much completely screwed it in now with no change still. All lines look identical to before.

Thinking next step maybe try removing the MBC and see if anything changes.
