The 99 intake manifold mounts the TB maybe an inch higher than on the earlier years. I was able to move my setup over from the old 97 engine to the new built + 99 top end engine.

Those injectors will work, they're round connectors. They'll PNP into your stock harness. I use the same injectors.
That turbo is huge. The mani looks great. So does the fuel rail. Did you not get the downpipe?

I ended up getting the downpipe.. Not sure how much of it I’m going to be able to use. I want to vent the wastegate in to the DP and maybe tap the EGR in there as well.

I picked up a BOV but the more I’m researching the more I’m thinking about a recalculating bypass set up..

Why would you want a recirculated setup? The AEM runs off MAP, pretty sure it will allow you to remove the MAF and run a VTA BOV that way.
With megasquirt you can run vta because it is also map. I use a tial bov and it works well enough, no issues with it. Once you hear it, you'll not want anything else. They sound like a "whip" snapping. My g/f refers to it as sounding like a dragon. No loud Psew psew noises.

This may start folks hating me but im not a fan of the sound a VTA setup BOV makes. I'm old and quiet is a good thing. I'm still researching I may do just what you are saying.

That turbo is going to be so loud, you have no idea. The roar of your engine will far surpass the noise that comes from your BOV when you lift.

Seems a bit optimistic to me, he was running it on a stock 95 long block

I think it's pretty safe to say this on just about everything to do with turbo systems. I've been researching MP62 SC kits for the last 18 months. This kind of fell in my lap.

Never owned a turbo in my life..

Get ready for the greatness, seriously, driving a non-boosted car sucks in comparison now. I want to turbo my v6 ranger just because it's soo damn slow compared to the miata.

in '05 they switched from the 3.3L to the 4.0L V6.. I don't think they did an OEM charger for the 4.0L although there are a few aftermarket. I believe the heads share the same bolt pattern on the exhaust as the 350Z/G35.. Unfortunately the DANA 22 is a special design and no one makes an LSD for it to my knowledge. Don't think i haven't thought about it.

but i don't really need 400 hp to pull my 1200 lbs boat.. the stock 260 or whatever it is does the trick fine.. hahah.. Maybe once i get the trubo on the Miata i'll just use it to pull my boat..
