I have a 2005 evo 8 mr, 2010 mazdaspeed3, and 1991 miata. I want to do a turbo build for the miata and am thinking of sourcing parts from either the evo or the ms3. I would like to do a BT build on my evo so I will have the stock injectors and turbo laying around which I was hoping to toss into the miata to keep the costs down. Wondering if the 4g63 T4 or k04 is better suited for use on my 1.6 miata. Would I just be able to take the turbo mani from the evo and fab an adapter so it fits onto the miata? I am planning to run a side port exhaust cutout so piping would be custom anyways.

We have an evo turbo and manifold that we've jokingly held up to the miata. There's no way the manifold will work, and the turbo is big enough you'd need to make a custom one to make it fit if you're going to include the stock o2 housing. That being said I'd love to have a 2 bolt dp for simplicities sake.
