Default somethings wrong..?

i just finished my turbo build on my 1990 miata with the 1.6.
it was running good i took it got gas filled it up all the way with premium went to my moms house and turned it off. an hour later it wouldnt stay running. i would start the car and a second later it would die. i tried giving it gas and it did the same thing started then died immediatly. rpms go to 2k then it dies. so i figured it might be a fuel filter so i switched that out with no help. i also thought maybe a vacuum line got loose so i checked every clamp on every hose and they all seemed good.
so what would cause my car to start no problem every time but die a split second later. i was running 5psi for that day only drove the car about 10 miles after the build till this happened.

-What are you using to add fuel?
-What are you using to retard timing?
-What are you using to monitor AFRs?

i think the vacuum leak might be the valve cover breather has a filter on running to the atmosphere and not to the intake so maybe ill switch that and see what happens..

Thanks, I won a bet with myself. What's with the rash of noobs with 5psi no fuel setups these days?

Looks like I need to stock up on salvage motors.

Sounds like a broken connection to the AFM dropping out the fuel pump relay. You can verify this by jumping F/P to ground in the diagnostic box.

They obviously think they know more than everyone else on the board. It's also obvious that he hasn't done any searching or research.

This project sounds fun. I wanna do one too!!

But in all seriousness, who is collecting the money for when this motor pops (after he gets it running again)?

the reason its not running right is cause you're not running enough boost.
turn it up to 20psi. should run like butter
