TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNRELATED!!!! I feel that you probably mean this in a humorous way - however knowing the full story it is very, totally, and completely, unfair of you to post this. Anyone would have problems trying to install a 1.6L kit on a '97 car. The discrepancy in the year of engines is not BEGI's fault. Hence, unfair for you to point fingers, in this instance.

We hired a new shipping manager about 2 months ago. So far she is doing a bang up job. She has missed one parts bag and added a gauge mount. Not too bad considering the mistakes by the previous shipping manager. But seriously, if ya'll are missing stuff, please let me know so that I can pass it on and/or send replacements.

Steph, you know that I don't have anything against you or BEGi, right? I didn't mean to point fingers or anything. I still feel that your product is much better quality then anything else out there but you have to admit - you guys suck at shipping. You know it, I know it, and most people on here know it. It's not a secret and you don't need to defend yourself on this. What you guys need is not a shipping manager but a proper inventory, order, and production control system.

I am working with BeautyChoice.com right now and I am helping them out with same situation - products don't make it to customers and when they do, they are wrong. It's nothing to be ashamed of - it's something that happens in MOST small businesses. I speak from my personal experience as well as I've been a 50% partner at OverclockCentral.com (long story... business didn't work out with my partner) and we've had same problem for first 2 months until I spent ENORMOUS amount of time and money to get the system straight which reduced back-orders and miss-shipments tremendously.

Again, I'm not blaming you for what happened with Kostya's kit. I actually admire your acceptance of my situation and I highly value your decision to help me out by exchanging my kit from 1.6L to 1.8L. I honestly didn't think you guys would agree to it and you simply made my life MUCH easier when you did.

OP, sorry for overtaking your thread.

Don't get me wrong either. I bought my kit from Begi and would do it again if needed. I always recommend them because of their quality and service. All of my comments have been in jest not to bash them.

I know that. And I know stuff has been left out of boxes. What everyone has said is correct, so how can I take it wrong? I take exception to Urban's comments because that is actually something BEGI did not screw up. I know he did not intend any malice, it was just a bad example. No worries...

I too, am looking forward to the day we can deliver something complete, with no parts missing, and someone posts it on the forum!! Like someone said, sticky worthy. LOL. We have done it several times, you just don't here about those on the web.

considering i started the thread i think in would like to state, that mine was not a typically order, as i was only in the USA for a short period of time to which stephanie was awear of and to which she and the rest of the team at begi worked to get the kit togeather and sent to me before me journey back to the uk, and that they did in a much shorted time that they said. The only part i can see is missing now is the part of which steph told me was going to be missing due to the powder coaters having problems with there oven. When reciving the kit i unfortuantly didnt have a parts list but stephanie was straight on it and get one emailed to me asap. Id also like to say that she made it very clear that if any parts were missing she would imidiatly send them to me in the UK asap.
So far i beleive there is nothing missing but even if i come to find there is i wont be the least bit disapointed as i have trust in the begi company and recomend them to anyone.
You dont just buy the parts from them you buy a peice of mind. As i have no doubt when im stuck half way through the turbo install in the pooring british rain under and umbrella looking at the directions from every angle that stephanie or anyone at begi would be more than happy for me to call them up and ask for help and advice (to warn you in advance this will definatly happen, in my case)

Thankyou so much for everything and i lookforwad to speaking to you again.
