Default T-fitting for DIY fuel rail

I found a shop, where I could buy something like this



or that



for my DIY fuel rail. It's made for tube diameters of 8mm (like 5/16").

Any problem with that? I just ask because it looks way simpler than the original solution.

I'm using one that looks like the lower one. But I doubt it would really matter which one.

if i had the choice i'd used the top one just cause its easier to route with it...otherwise its all the same.

Btw, just noticed you have a NB with a 1.6. I just read about how mazda produced that engine into the later years in some markets. Does it have the oil port on the block?
