Default replacement shaft options for greddy td04

ok so i recently got a greddy mani and td04 that has the nut broken off of the shaft

so that needs replaced
and after learning how hard it is to find a not expensive downpipe i wish i hadnt done it

oh well i got what i got
and it did come with a rebuild kit
anyways a new shaft is $155 from gpop and balancing is $65

then yesterday a lightbulb went off in my head
i can go to my local junkyard which is having a half off sale and get a turbo from them for $35 with a compatible shaft/turbine and inducer (my termonology may not be correct, if so correct me)
then i will have a cheap shaft and i wont have to rebalance so long as i mark the location of the inducer in relation to the turbine

anyways this will be my first turbo setup
ms diypnp is already on the way
im just looking to do a cheap setup not going past 6psi as a learning experience as i recently came to own a complete 1.8 drivetrain with extremely low miles, i plan on doing begi s4 on it in a few years

i just wanna do this cheap set up on this motor as a learning experience before i spend the big bucks so i dont blow the big bucks up

ok i know there are many versions of the td04
and since i plan on staying below 6psi i am wondering what all shaft/turbine and inducer combinations will be compatible with my td04 which may allow quicker spool

maybe i can find one that is compatible with my greddy manifold and i can cut off the downpipe and take the flange to my local exhaust shop to have a down pipe made??? how much do muffler shops usually charge for this service..

so i found this http://hem.passagen.se/lahi/turbo/TD04.pdf and a few pages in it shows four different combinations

im guessing i would want to go with td04 standard or td04lL
the only difference i see in the shaft itself it the tip width
but that shouldnt matter since i will use that inducer as well right??

suggestions please and thank you

i found this
http://shop.midwestturboconnection.c...ade-to-15G.htm

selling an upgrade kit for the td04 to make it a 15g
i know mine is a 15g im just saying this does show some interchangeability
and gives me hope that i can find a compatible junkyard turbo to exchange parts with

and i found this that says there are different shaft lengths
http://www.3si.org/forum/f35/all-td0...length-331373/

now i just need to figure out which td04's have the same shaft length

and so i found out that the h is the shaft/wheel and the 15g is the compressor wheel
td04h-15g is not on the list i posted
the only td04h's on the list are some volvos with some 13c compresser wheels and those inducers are a bit smaller. is it ok to put those in my compressor housing? or perhaps i can fit one of those compressor housings on my turbine housings?

now i see that my rebuild kit is for many different variations of the td04 and am trying to figure out a td04 with common flanges and easier to source manifolds and downpipes

i forgot to post my results
any td04h turbo has the same shaft
i got a blown turbo off a volvo td04h-13c from ebay for fifty bucks
vs 155 for a new shaft
