Default routing air from the fog light

Would routing air through the fog light holes on my 00' to the gab between the radiator and IC make a difference in cooling? Or how about making my own ducts to the brakes? Anyone using these holes for any intake?

I just dont use my foglights ever and one cover is even cracked so I want to remove them and run a pipe or dryer hose to help out with cooling.

any ideas?
