Default Another Coolant Issue

I have just installed my aluminium radiator and bled it by leaving the top off and letting the fan cut in 3 times then topping up and still there appears to be quite abit of pressure in the system. Im not sure if its just me but I can see coolant leaking from the heater pipe that goes through the bulk head and then it drips onto the exhaust and even though my rad is new it appears to be leaking from the neck of the rad.

The strange thing is that it doesnt seem to leak out all the time. Only when the pressure/water temp gets high and then it appears to rise upwards out the join between the radtop and neck.

The car seems to be running ok and the temp guage is normal but I can smell and see the coolant.
(1.6 NA 1991 Non turbo yet)
Any suggestions?

Not sure it was a group buy from another miata (MX5) forum. I had a play about before and found that a piece of pipe that is threaded into the neck of the radiator where the cap goes on was loose. So I unscrewed it and put some PTFE tape on and put it back in. It seems to have got it.

(Same rad but not my car bay)

However the damn car seems to be springing leaks from every orifice. I noticed the small leak at the back of the engine as said from the heater matrix pipes so I put a different hose clip on. Still seems to be leaking from there. Im going to have a better look tomorrow morning when I can see clearly and see if I can fix it.

It still appears to be pressurising almost to much.

1 more thing I noticed was I changed to the organic antifreeze (The Orange stuff) and I can that its stained up the gasket on the thermostat housing at the front of the engine as if the fluid is working its way through the gasket which is strange.

Again my thoughts are over pressure but I know the head gasket is fine etc
