Default Demensions of 1.6 flange.

I'm looking for the demansions of the 1.6 exhaust flange to mill out some to build a manifold. I need the bolt holes and port holes if any one has one laying around and get the messurments so i can CAD out a print.

why do you want to make one when you can buy a laser-cut one for like $20? weiRtech makes these flanges.

Cause he has the time and wants to learn how to use the machine? Or wants to do it out of 1/2in or stainless or cow pies who knows.

I have the CAD file for the 1.6s oh and the 1.8s I am the pimp masta flash.

They will be available soon and i will post a link.

Im going to be making one so i cant blame any company that it cracks. Im going to be just doing a little fab work myself because im going nuts not able to work on my car due to the gay cold weather and want to get some work done to this project. I have the use of cnc machines so im going to try some ideas i have in mind. It's all on cad/cam but needs to be cut out.

Oh and how do i get ahold of weiRtech to order one if it's alot faster?

Its great you have the time and patience to make your own flanges. As for weiRtech, I think he's on the homemadeturbo.com forums......but i remember seeing his post coupla weeks ago on here. What material will you be using?
