Default supercharger+throttle body on the stock place

I would like to install eaton m45 supercharger to my miata NB 1.6 99.Please is it possible to keep throttle body on the stock place (for example like Bemani http://www.bemani.ch/images/MX5_motor_gr.JPG)
since there is overpressure (when I shift). Do you think that BOV can regulate the pressure before intake manifold?

Although I didn't read any of it, there is/was a big discussion on m.net about this...

You would need more than one BOV to flow enough air at redline to dump all the air or an extremely large BOV. For a quick shift it's ok, but to decel from 7000 rpm with the throttle closed is going to be hard on things.
