Is anyone running a Nissan T28 on an HKS manifold? I'm trying to find out about clearance issues. I have the turbo but am looking for a manifold to match up. I've read that some guys can get a T25 in there but not much info as far as fitting a T28 with the bigger comp housing. The car is an 02 1.8 SE. I'm just trying to find out which manifold to choose or is a custom manifold in order here. Thanks.

A t28 should fit just fine. I'm running a gt28rs with a heatshield and do not have any clearance issues.

I have the nissan turbo as well and an HKS. Haven't fitted it, but it should without an issue.

Thanks for the info everybody. I'm assuming I'll have to custom fab a downpipe unless you guys know of a source that sells em.

custom is mostly the only way to go. I plan to get one made by the end of the july, if you want, i will take pictures of mine and if you'd like i can have them make another like mine and ship it to you for shipping cost and material.


And im not much of an expert magna haha. I just know people have run this setup is all. And if it don't fit, tom will be mad too.
