Default Greddy BOV Leaking. Tips?

My greddy BOV is leaking causing me to be pissed off. The lower port doesnt hold vaccume or boost because it leaks causeing my wastegate not to open. I did the single spring mod located here EVO Motorsports - Evo VIII Performance Upgrades and Accessories - Type-S Single Spring Mod . It leaks mostly in vaccume or light throttle. As soon as im boosting it works. But having a leaky BOV sucks and makes driving horrible.

Should i get a new BOV?

Or tips on trying to fix it?
