Default My Car, My Planned FI set-up ,And some ?'S

Im starting to piece everything togther in the engine bay, the begi mani looks nice nice , I know this is an odd ? , But I want to oil up the turbo to make sure the turbo has lubricated internals ...ummm ..how exactly would I go about this...Oh Yea I mounted the ic with two custom mounts on top of the ic , its mounted the steel frame behind the bumper cover, Im still in process of bending the piping to the intercooler...The turbo seems to have a broken stud in exaust part for the down pipe, the turbo uses 5 of these studs, if I use four new studs and an exuast gasket it should be fine right? , I have my vortech mounted and things are looking nice so far, I still need to tap my oil pan for the return line, and find a way to route a water line for the turbo as well... any advice will help.

Oh and where do I buy the neccessary bolts and studs If I shiould need back ups ?

my set-up:
1-boost guage(faze brand)
2-oil pressure guage(faze)
3-a/f guage(autometer)
4-T25 SR20DET turbo
5-saab IC
6-Vortech FMU(also known as fpr)
7-BEGI Manifold
8-One step colder ngk plugs
9-greddy type-s BV
10-Perrin manual boost controller
11-some piping and bends
12-custom made down pipe( I already have 2.5 inch exaust piping)
13-MK2 light green back injecters (FOR LATER USE)
14-heat shielding material that im going to be using to wrap vitals
15- custom free flow exaust leading into OBX-R Muffler

My goal 7 psi with stock injecters and fuel pump if possible.

^^This is what I used on my gt25r. I bought mine for 15 bucks off of fleabay. I ended up cutting most of this flange out for improved wastegate flow. Someday I’ll fab a divorced wastegate like Corky's setup. For now this works quite well.

Here's my mazda DIY project car a.k.a the underdog , its a 94 with 136k miles

mazda rules!

It's now a single exhaust, no longer duel, the wheels aren't fancy but they are lightweight and 14" about 10lbs each..not bad

Nice^^

My IC pipes were done by yours truely. Do a search and you can find a write up about my install.

I bought this flange over a year ago. This flange is a direct fit to a GT25r or GT28r. I think most t25 and t28 turbos use the the same flange. You'll have to nose around Ebay to see if anyone is selling this particular flange. If not, the ATPturbo flange might work.

there are much better flanges on atp. there's one with divorced ports and one without that dumb wastegate wall. I'm using the latter with the 3" oval to round adapter.
