Default Is this valve noise? Click click click...

So I bought this car and it's been in storage, and I started the engine today (91 1.6 greddy kit) and its making a clicking noise that sounds like its coming from the intake side of cyl 4. Can anyone confirm that it's valve noise? I'm really not an expert.
I searched which brought me here: https://www.miataturbo.net/showthrea...clicking+noise
which brought me here: https://www.miataturbo.net/showthrea...clicking+noise
and i've decided my car sounds far worse than the one in the second link.
so heres my video! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nreiOaCJUcU
any and all help is appreciated.

NAs (89-97) have hydrolyc lifters and their clicking sound is common. Mine started to click when due for an oil change. I could not see your video so I do not know how bad your particular situation is.

Drive it and it will clear up. Sitting will cause them to collapse and driving will evenually pump them back up.
