wastegate bracket bolt
so the bolt for my wastegate backed out during a track session. vacuum line fell against the manifold and melted, and I did a whole session with 0 psi, kept up with a couple guys still forgot how nimble even an NA miata is
new bolt and a few inches of vacuum line and I was good to go.
anyways, I'm only using a temporary bracket with one bolt, what I want to eventually do is cut the bracket off the stock greddy wastegate, drill some holes in it, and bolt it to my new wastegate. are there two locations to bolt onto the greddy turbo though? I see 3 or 4 set screws in the same face as the wastegate bolt. can I take one of those out and put in a 2nd bolt for the bracket? thanks guys.

I assume you are talking about the wastegate actuator (the can) and not the actual wastegate itself, correct?
Yes, the screws in the compressor housing can be removed and replaced with bolts. Their only function is to fill the holes in the compressor housing where they are installed.
Here's a thread which shows a couple of different wastegate actuators mounted with custom brackets to the Greddy turbo: https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/showthread.php?t=21069
