Default What do you think about this Intercooler?

Hi
I'm planning on putting together a turbo kit for my '99 miata and have a question what do you think about this intercooler:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Bar-P...21642305QQrdZ1.

I'm planning on using this:
-t3/t4 turbo or if I will get a good deal on a gt35r than that is going on instead
-greddy type-rs bov
-tial 44mm wastegate
-that^ intercooler
-EMU or MS
-3" exhaust
-will make a manifold by my self

Thanks for your opinons

EDIT:Thank's for moving. Didn't know if it fits the DIY if I'm asking for opinions on a intercooler

do you have a/c?

It's the same intercooler as some of us here are using (myself included) although we've opted for the 12x18x3 version.

I'm not sure on a 99 but on a 90-97 it should fit in perfectly if you don't have a/c

I have A/C and would not want to take it out. (I'm going to do a cardboard version and test fit it LOL).

Thread HiJack:

I have the Starion, and I find after some hard boosting that my A/C doesn't cool as well for awhile. Does anybody else run into this? Or is it time to throw in some more R-12?

Two members here used that same intercooler for over the top setups. Should be able to search it.

It's the best way to tell. Typically the only thing thats in the way with teh a/c is the dryer. But once you get up in the mouth youll be able to see what you can fit. I took a bunch of measurements and went online to see what I could find. What I ended up with fit perfectly in the center of the mouth and I had .5" of clearance from the a/c dryer, so I was happy.
