Haha, I've been to your site and seen that. Sadly I don't think I would be passing inspection anytime soon with that setup.

On another note though, what does that sound like? Do you have any clips at idle and at WOT?

it should last a few years easy. My first dp was mild steel and the aluminized portions haven't rusted much, but even still it's only surface rust.

I think the longevity on the aluminized steel depends a lot on the exposure it gets. If it's on your daily driver, it won't last nearly as long, especially in harsh winters. Down here it holds up very well. I don't think the heat is an issue since it's preceded by the sched 40 pipe in the downpipe assembly. I have seen numerous manifold builds using this stuff and it's held up. It doesn't mind expansion and contraction like stainless either.
