As you can see the intake manifold and 3" exhaust really wake this up on the upper end. The shop was a meager 94* according to the dyno, note 100* MAT. I was getting 175kpa (11ish psi) due to using a MBC and it being so damn hot. I was going to turn it up to compensate but decided against it. Please critique as you wish. I didn't touch the tune at all on the dyno. I have since added a smidge more accel to help that lean spike on tip in you see. All in all more then I was hoping for.

Also see my intro/biuld thread HERE

Discuss.

Nice torque curve (or should I say plateau)! I guess that intake works pretty well. Super clean install too. Nice work.

Beyond your extra .5" of exhaust, intake manifold, and extra 90cc of injector size, this is my setup. I'm at 8.5psi, what's your duty cycle at 11?

Excellent.

Mine with a bigger turbo and 15 psi only came up with 220.

Your intake and 3" made a big difference.

How many miles on your motor?

You'll have a blast at 11psi.

Just about to roll 125k miles. Compression is 175 across the board.

With that flat torque curve, it looks like you made yourself a winner IM. It's doing exactly what it should be. congrats.

That's because I more or less used your dimensions when I had this one made. Thanks for doing all the math.

The operator let off when the tach hit 7000. My log says 6927, dyno says 6700. I'll make him bounce the limiter next go. It's set to 7200...

Maybe I'll bump it to 13psi for giggles too.

better on the motor that way, but with peak HP at redline, you can benefit in a drag race against minivans.

what specs did you use for that intake manifold if you dont mind?

are there velocity stacks in there?

I am essentially looking to replicate this IM...

A program to build these in theory would be amazing.
