All hardware the same except that the 2554 was running 2.25inch exhaust and the 2560 and chinacharger is running 2.5inch exhaust.

Yes, the same guy tuned the car for all 3 turbo.
I am guessing that even if you run the same map for all 3 turbo, the difference will be the same.

At the time the chinachargers were all the rage, everyone HAD to get one, jk. To be honest, at the time I really didn't have the cash to fork over for a new Garrett unit and the thought of re-building mine was in the far back of my brain. I guess I just figured I would take a chance. The day I went to install it was the last day I touched it. The ****** fought me and wanted to do everything but slip into place, so after enough knuckle busting for the day I gave up. Not soon after that my broken hand ordeal happened and now snow is here.

I'm sure it really is a hit or miss type thing, but do I really want to take the chance of putting it all together only to have to take it back apart. I'm already happy with the drivability the Garrett gave me, as well as the numbers. So the more I think about it I'm probably just going to re-build that turbo and use the chinacharger as a pencil/pen holder.
I was in the same situation. When my 2554r gave up on me, I didn't have the cash to buy another Garrett. And so I went off to ebay and found the cheapest chinacharger available since some do have goodluck with them. Who knows I ended up wasting more $$$

Anyway, the car was terrible to drive and so I bit the bullet and sold a kidney and got myself a brand new nissan silvia s15 turbo since they are substantially cheaper than GT2560r and yet it is the same specs.

Let's just say that buying chinacharger is a hit and miss affair and if given the chance again, I would not have bought it. I don't want to waste the money, time and effort again....

Damn that 2870 chart looks like a GT35 dyno chart. Except it makes 200hp less :|
