sorry for the threajack, but I am helping my friend research his sr20det swap. He is planing on using the emb for fuel and timing.

My question is: Does anyone know if he should be running an o2 clamp with his piggy? Or is it not neccicary because the ecu can handle boost?

thanks

There is a local guy here running an SR20DET with EMB, I'd ask him but he wouldn't know...(He buys cars, doesn't build them)

If its the same ecu program as the CA18DET, and you use the stock SR20DET ECU then no, you don't need the O2 clamp. There are alot better options available for Nissans then the EMB. Including reflashes..

I would also check out just using MS.
