Default EMU closed loop

BIG PROBLEM!

So I went to my obligated anual checkup for my car (Can't find the wright word) and a part of this obligated check up is an emission test. The CO must be 0.5% max at idle and the CO must be 0.3% at approx 3000 rpm with lambda between 0.9 and 1.1. But it seems that my EMU doesn't run in closed loop so it doesn't adjust at a steady 800 rpm or 3000 rpm. And the AFR is also changing when my fan turns on. Is my standard computer fried? Or do I have another problem? I have to do the checkup otherwise I can't drive.

Please?

if you have a MAF and the fan blows air towards it it will make the car run rich. what setup do you have? maybe you could try changing the target AFR to 14.7 in all fields just so you will pass emission.

550cc inj.
Garret GT28R turbo
HKS manifold
EMU
Innovate LC-1
Stock narrowband (refitted)

Yes I though that maybe its an idea to put al targetfields below 0 psi at 14.7 and put the throttle at 0% for the emissiontest (idle and 3000 rpm) The EMU should run in closed loop shouldn't he?

The people I know driving an turbo in the Netherlands have to setups in there ECU/EMU. One to pass the yearly checkup (a bit lean) and one form the rest of the year (stoich or rich).

Yeah, use to use the second I/J map for anual checkup...
I'm trying to get one map operational so I can test with a four-gas-tester. Martijn do you know a shop overhere that has realy much experience with the emu so if I don't get ik wright I can get my car overthere?
