Default NEW LOG new problems Help me out guys

Hello everyone
just got done installing the 02 clamp, pressure sensor on the emu on a 01 miata. for some reason my A/F readings are unstable really don't know why they were ok the other day. i will recallibrate the damn thing. Question to you guys is has anyone else had a problem accelerating past 4000 RPM? it feels like a rev limiter of some sort. another question is does anyone else have some sort of a filter looking thing between their intake manifold and the Fuel rail. It is the vacuum hose connecting the intake manifold and the fuel rail that has a one way filter looking thing. Help me out please.

Congratulations on solution, but it would be great if you tell us what
the cause and the solution was.
And sorry for the clutch!

problem was mostly the fuel. i was leaning out at that point and car was running like ****. changing some of the fuel trims made the problem go away.
