Hey guys,

So I finally got everything mounted up, plugged in, and tightened up on my 01. I started it up last week, and it idled rough. I discovered I left the MAF off (I know, stupid me). Well, between last week and now, I was putting the bumper and final touches onto the car. Got everything in it's place, adjusted the throttle cable (originally too tight) and put the MAF on, didn't touch anything else except for body work.

I got all excited and was planning on taking it to get tuned this week. Got in it to start it up, and now it won't idle. It revs up to around 3,000rpms and then falls down to around 800rpms, then dies. The whole process only takes about 4 seconds from start to it dying.

I checked all the vacum lines, everything looks ok. I disconnected the battery for a while (like 3 hours) just to reset everything. Loaded my timing and tune (provided by Stephanie at Begi) to the Xede and retried. Still nothing.

I've attempted to Data log this to post, but I can't seem to get that to properly work.

I'm using RX-8 450cc injectors, by the way. Anyone have any idea what I need to check into? I've been searching and reading, but nothing has yet worked. I do have a CEL on, but I thought it was from the MAF originally missing, however, it's still there. I don't have a OBD2 scanner to figure out what it is, still trying to find someone local to borrow one from.
