I'm not sure why, but I'm going to give an honest and straightforward answer to the "where to buy" question.

Here: JR Boost Timing Control Unit

That said, you will be judged harshly if you buy this.

You take the timing at wot that the stock ecu outputs and subtract enough timing to bring u down to 15-16 degrees final timing.

On a 2554 or a 3076? 10 psi of boost doesn't mean jack to anyone. The difference is mass of air into the engine. Intake manifold pressure is just the measure of inefficiency of your system to push exhaust out and allow air in. A smaller turbo makes more boost at a lower rate of mass air flow than a larger one, yet timing settings to reduce the possibility of detonation are often related to the mass of fuel and air present within the combustion chamber and not related to the actual pressure within the intake manifold.

Cliff's notes: When you ask a stupid ******* question that doesn't give us enough information to answer it, it tells everyone you have no clue what you are doing and haven't bothered to read a damn thing. So you get answers that make fun of you for being a retard.

Enjoy your junior timing controller.

If this is the level of commitment and reading you are willing to put in to turboing your car, I recommend you just ship it off to Flyin Miata along with the all your money. It will be cheaper in the long run.
