Default My VE Table #'s are very lean in the middle rows

Attached are two different tunes that I have been working with running MS2. My car was running good on a 9900 base map. I then installed 440cc Injector and squaretop, reduced required fuel to between 7.0-9.0 But for some reason it is lean on the bottom rows (vacuum), and rich in the middle rows. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe I have a battery voltage calibration issue? or a leaking injector

You expected new injectors and intake to require the same VE map? Injectors aren't perfectly linear, scaling for them will get you close, not perfect.

the voltage was off by about 3 volts at idle. The car runs better now with my old tune, but it definitely needs to be tuned now. Thanks guys
