Default innovate MTX-L E9

Alright I just got my wideband all wired up and I get an error. E9 according to innovate is low voltage. Thing is I have 12v running from my gauge to a selected 12v source. Between the gauge and my source I added a fuse in case it were to blow out. This is being hooked up to a completely stock car, no Mspnp just yet, so the 2 wires that run to my mspnp are not hooked up. Idk what the problem is, should I remove the fuse I added and see if it works?

Where EXACTLY is it powered and grounded?

I rerouted to ign2 in the steering column and the ground is same location as the ecu ground. Problem solved once I swapped to a different source. But still doesn't make sense that with the key off you get no volts, key on you get nearly 12 volts and I had "low voltage". I couldn't tell you exactly where I had it, I just found somewhere that had a 12 volt switch source, all is good! Lock it up
