No, I'm not that lazy. Car's in storage and difficult to get to. I am going to build a 01 Miata > MegaSquirt adapter harness that places the MegaSquirt in the glove box area.

Can someone who has built an adapter harness for an NB please tell me the harness length required from ECU connector under the driver's side dash to the ECU location at the glove box?

Four feet gives me plenty of length to run it to the glove box and mount it underneath and have about a good 8-10 inches of extra service loop. plus you can make 3 of these from a 12 foot cable that you sell.






you COULD make it shorter, but it might be a pain in your ***.

PLEASE do this. I use glue up to the point where all the wires meet, and then wrap everything up - the glue may partially melt if the car is left under the sun on a hot summer's day.

Thanks mate. 3.5-4 foot looked like a good range. I'll go for 4.

Won't be necessary. The wires will be soldered to a PCB which will be mounted inside an enclosure.

I use shrink over two SUPER TIGHT zip ties and then just glue the last part over the solder joints and maybe 1/2" of wire. It's plenty well supported.

Sadly it's impossible to rework.
