Default Where to put o2 Wideband Sensor w/ Stock Exhaust

Finally finished my install on my NA miata... JR M45 Supercharger with BBK.

Before boosting the car, I want to install the wideband meter I have from years ago.. LM-1.

I want to know where others have put the o2 sensor for doing this? I will not be permanently mounting the sensor, but wouldn't mind leaving the bung and just plugging it up when not using it. I thought about having a test pipe made with an o2 bung in it, but after jacking up the car, the flanges from the cat aren't straight, so it wouldnt be an easy pipe to make with clamps.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the quick reply. So did you weld it up in the downpipe pointing down towards the ground? I think it's covered with a heat shield right?

Thanks again!
