Default DIYPNP EBC Questions and Varifications

Ok so before I go out and run EBC for the first time I wanted to ask for some help and clarify some things.

First I have it wired to PT7 on my 1.5b board. My Boost Target is 175 kpa or 11 psi. (I am at sea level)

So my Boost Control Settings look like this.

Boost Control > ON
Solenoid Freq > 19.5Hz
Boost Control Pin > IAC2(PT7)
Output Polarity > Inverted
Closed Duty(%) > 0
Open Duty(%) > 100

My Overboost Settings

Maximum Boost(kpa) 185
Fuel Cut
Hysteresis(kpa) 5

My question is should I set the Boost Control to Open Loop and the table at 50 across the board to test that the valve is working?

Then can I turn it off and jump straight into PID CL an just set my whole boost control target table to 175 kpa and adjust my PID?

I guess where I am really being thrown off is the table if I want to get 11 psi (175 kpa) as fast as possible can I just st the whole table to 175 kpa goal?

There you go messing with my head again. You know I get confused easily. I planned on driving around to set/tune it according to the instructions. Increasing/Decreasing PID.

So I thought I would follow that my clutch to a **** and I think that was a big part of not being able to dial in correctly when I put the mbc back after a couple of pulls it became more than obvious. I put an FM1 in over the weekend so after the breakin miles ill be back at it again.
