Default Wireless / Bluetooth DB9 Serial Options

Been doing some googleing but want to see if anyone has tried a wireless serial sender with there ecu? Thinking about window/unix installs on a tablet for tuning, logging and maybe running a digital hud with MS studio.

There are a few success stories here and there, mostly with Windows. I do want to try it at some point, as most of my USB ports are getting damaged with the USB to serial wires in the car environment and all but one last port on the laptop will randomly disconnect during tuning.

Wow. This thought never crossed my mind. Great idea considering some of the odd places we like to hid the ecus.
