Default Troubleshoot Advice needed on injector issue

Just replaced a failed water pump. When I replaced the timing belt, it was off a tooth and it ran like crap. So I put it back on again and rotate the engine 2 revolutions like it specified in the manual and everything is still lined up. So I thought ok, it should be good now.

Fired it up again, still runs like crap. Point the timing gun at it and it is roughly where it needs to be 5-10 degrees BTDC.

Pulled the plugs to see what is going on. Looks like plug 1, 2, and 4 are good. Plug #3 is totally wet. So the following are my likely culprit:

1. Plug is bad. I will replace with a know good plug to see what is going on.
2. Injector driver is bad, not sure how to check that. BTW, I am using AEM v1
3. Injector is bad. Is there any way to check the injector when it is still in the car? I have the BP4W head and intake so I will have to pull the intake mani for that.

Obviously, I will try #1 real quick. Any word of wisdom from the sage crowd here?
