Default how to identify and fix bad auto throttle body?

So since hooking up my ms3x, I've been having trouble with my vtps out of an automatic 1.6. I purchased an auto tb with tps sensor here on the forums a while back and wired it up as per the many many write ups here.

I have not been able to get consistant readings when I calibrate the tps on tunerstudio. When I attempt to calibrate it, ill usually get around 700 for my low number and 800 for my wot number. And even then it fluxuates greatly. I can't get it to stay on a set of numbers.

First I assumed I messed up the wiring so I went back and checked it and its all good. Then I assumed it was a bad tps sensor so I went and purchased another one and im having the same issue.

Which leaves wiring on the ecu, or a short somewhere else in the system. But then I took off the tps and calibrated it off the TB with my fingers. Im getting very very consistant numbers with it, so I have no doubt its the tb.

What can I do to attempt to fix the tb? I can't see anything obiously wrong with it, and the car is running decently other then these issues.

Black/green wire on sensor to black wire on harness
red/black wire on sensor to red wire on harness
green/red wire on sensor to green wire on harness
red wire on sensor not connected.

Just for ***** and giggles I swapped the red/black wire with the red wire, and it resulted in no response at all from the tps.

so you have 5vref going to 2L and TPS going to 1N on your ms3x harness?

I wired everything per your documentations.

I took my volt meter and measured 5v at the sensor side, and was getting some voltage from the non ground wire as well. Ill get my exact readings tomorrow night when I get home.

But why would it work perfectly when its disconnected from the TB?

Bringing this back from the dead but all the wires are correct. TPS sensor is working properly (Verified OHMs). Tried 2 more TPS sensors.

When I remove the TPS from the TB and turn it with a flat head, it works flawlessly. As soon as I bolt it up the the TB and use the pedal to calibrate it, it goes to ****.

Sooo, can anyone verify that his wiring is correct? I need to wire up my automatic throttle body too.
